What is recruitment?
Recruitment is the opportunity for individuals to show our chapter who you are. This is also where we get to teach you about our values, sisterhood, and love for DPhie.
Why Should I Join?
Joining a sorority gives you the opportunity to build lifelong friendships, grow as leader and give back to the community. DPhiE gives you a place where you truly can be yourself and be that home away from home while at Webster.
What are dues & What do they go towards?
Dues are what you pay towards our sisterhood. The amount we pay fluctuates between semesters. Dues go toward and fund all our events like sisterhoods, community service, and formal
What if I can't afford it?
We never want money to be the reason for someone not being able to join. We offer multiple payment plans to make sure each member is set up for success, as well as being understanding that life happens to us all.
What if I am involved or want to be involved with other organizations?
Never fear! Many sisters in DPhiE are involved with several organizations on campus so it is totally do able to be involved in more than one!
What if I am nervous?
It’s completely normal to feel nervous. For many individuals going through recruitment, it can be nerve wracking as it is a new experience and you're not sure what to expect. However, you never know what will happen until you try.
